About this Renovation
115 East 2nd Street in Tilden, Nebraska, was in disrepair and needed a complete renovation. We started with a complete gutting of the building. The building needed a new roof and infrastructure.
We successfully engineered and finished the building with 3 very high-end 2-bedroom apartments.
The bottom floor of the building is home to the New 2 U Thrift Store, which serves the community of Tilden and donates money to various organizations in the Tilden area.
We made the building energy efficient, re-framed the apartments, and finished with a modern layout and design. Now the building is home to 3 beautiful apartments with high-end finishes.
